a okay stay, i guess
slow warm-up english channels
Okay, so the shower wasn't exactly thrilling. it took forever for the hot water to show up, like five minutes, seriously. and dont even get me started on the tv situation. Only bbc news in english, just boring. i mean, what am i supposed to do all night?

Acceptable stay with issues
The apartment had a good size. Kitchen appliances worked fine.
I was assigned Villa 1A and the noise was awful. Roads surrounded the villa on two sides. I complained, yet a change of rooms was not offered during the eight days.

adequate stay with some issues
dirty seats unheated pool
The restaurant was a letdown. The seats looked dirty and the menus were sticky. the music was too loud too. i ordered a pizza one night, and it was pretty bad. Takeaway chips were expensive, costing 4 euros for a small portion, they barely fed one person. i also found the pool wasn't properly heated. There were missing tiles and the walls needed paint.

Wonderful Stay, Minor Hiccup
spacious villa reasonable prices friendly staff taxi service
I found the villa spacious and comfortable. The pool bar offered excellent food at reasonable prices. Staff members across the resort were consistently friendly and helpful. I appreciated the well-kept grounds and convenient taxi service just outside the main gates.
The apartment was mostly great but it was a bit noisy due to roads on two sides. I mentioned this but I did not get a different room.

The on-site bar and restaurant offered reasonably priced food and drinks. It also provided a venue for daily events, though I found the music quite loud. I enjoyed the convenience of having this option available, especially for quick meals by the pool.

Our room included a well-equipped kitchen with a slimline dishwasher. The main bedroom featured a comfortable double bed. The patio area had a large six-seater table, a parasol, and four sun loungers, great.
Facilities

The pools had plenty of loungers available and were easy to access. I noticed the pool could use some maintenance as several tiles were missing. The option to have bus and taxi stops directly outside added convenience.
Service
9/10
Staff members were friendly, always happy to say hello. Reception would call taxis as needed. I appreciated their helpfulness in making my stay good, though resolving my noise issue was unsuccessful.
